Tcharmela Green Olives: Picholine olives in traditional Moroccan blend of spices known as Charmoula. It creates a wonderfully complex flavor influenced by coriander, cumin and paprika.
Red Bigaradier Olives commonly known as Beldi Olives are reddish-purple. They are softer and than green olives and have a delicious, slightly nutty flavor and a hint of bitterness on the finish. They are delicious as a stand alone and the olive of choice for fish tagines.
Moroccan Sun Cured Black Olives: These wrinkled black olives are wonderfully intense in aromatic flavor and possess hints of black cherry and plum with a slightly bitter finish. They remain meaty and full of deep smoky qualities without being overly salty.
